The new emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence are making chip designs more complex and more demanded. Consequently, software used in their production cycle are immensely impacted to be faster and to improve human designers’ productivity. This presentation provides a glimpse of evolutions in electronic design software as an answer for this new AI era, connecting them to fundamental subjects taught in university.
